Tips :  1. Cheese replace salad dressing.
2. Whole Wheat bread can change White bread.
3. It can add piece of green apple.
4. Dry the tomatoes (chopped) with kitchen paper to avoid bread wet.
5. If you want to be healthy, you can change light salad dressing.

  • Bread 2 pieces
  • Chicken Tenderloin 1
  • Tomato(chopped) 1 unit
  • Salad Dressing 1Ts
  • Celery(chopped) suitable
  • Lettuce suitable
  • Marinade
  • salt suitable
  • Black pepper suitable
  • Basil suitable
  • Oil 1/2 ts

Method

Step 1

Chicken Tenderloin mix marinade

Step 2

Heating oil, fried chicken tenderloin to cooked and chopped

Step 3

Chicken Tenderloin, Tomato, Celery, Cheese, Black pepper, salt and Basil mix well

Step 4

Bread paved, fillings place in the bread and put another piece

Step 5

Preheat oven 180 C. baked to the cheese can dissolved and then finish
