2. Remaining of the potato mash can mix with butter and cream. It is for serve.
Ingredients
- Potato 4 pcs
- Onion(thickly chopped) 60 g
- Beef(minced) 160g
- Salt 1/2 ts
- Black pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Breadcrumb 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise some
- Oil over croquettes size
Method
Step 1
Steam or boil the potato until soft. Mash until smooth. Reserve 300g for croquettes.
Step 2
Heating butter on the pan, saute onion with small heat. Then add beef, salt, black pepper.
Step 3
Add the mixture into potato mash. Mix well and divide into balls.
Step 4
Pat with flour, egg and then coat with breadcrumb.
Step 5
Heating oil with high fire, When boiling,it change middle fire. Deep fry the croquettes until golden colour. Remove it and change high fire. Re-deep fry for 15 second, Remove and stain. Serve with mayonnaise.
