It is brazil taste and yummy.
Ingredients
- Beef Fillet 230g
- Green Ball Pepper(diced) 1/2 pc
- Red Ball Pepper(shredded) 1/2 pc
- Bamboo Sticks 2 pc
- MARINADE
- Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- DIPPING SAUCE
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Water 3 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven at 180C. Chop beef fillet into 12 equal portions. Marinate for 2 hours. Chop green and red bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the 2 tbsp oil in the wok. Stir black pepper powder at low heat. Add the remaining ingredients of dipping sauce and bring to boil. Set aside.
Step 3
String up beef fillet, Green and red bell pepper alternatively with bamboo sticks. Bake beef skewer for 12 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
