Beef Steaks with Apple Ketchup Sauce

Ingredients

  • Beef Steaks 2 pcs
  • Apple(diced) 70g
  • Tomato Ketchup 50ml
  • Carrot(diced) 40g
  • Potato(diced) 60g
  • Mixed Vegetable 60g
  • Broccoli suitable
  • Oil 2 Ts
  • Groung White Pepper some
  • Salt some
  • aluminium foil suitable

Method

Step 1

Two side of the steaks sprinkle salt and white Peeper

Step 2

Heating the 1/2 Ts oil in the pan. Put in the steaks. After it fry on the two sides, Wrap them in aluminium foil and set aside.

Step 3

Heating the oil in the pan(fried steaks). Put in apple and tomato ketchup and steaks(fried). Until the sauce thickens and reduces.

Step 4

Heating the 1 Ts oil in the pan, Put in potato, broccoli and carrot. After cooked, add mixed vegetable, salt and white pepper. Fry to cooked.

Step 5

Arrange the steaks and vegetables on plates. Broccolis on the side. Drizzle with apple ketchup sauce at last.
