Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin 500 g
- Pineapple(chopped) 2 slices
- Kiwi Fruit(chopped) 1 piece
- Red Bell Pepper(chopped) 1/2 pc
- Ginger(minced) 2 slices
- Garlic(minced) 1 clove
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- SEASONINGS
- Cornflour 1/4 tsp
- Water 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Cut the beef tenderloin into small pieces. Marinate with sugar, 2 tbsp oil, corn flour, soy sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the seed of red bell pepper. Cut red bell pepper and pineapple into pieces. Peel the skin of kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Remove the skin of garlic and ginger. Then , chop them finely.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok. saute garlic and ginger fine dices. Add beef and stir fry until medium rare. Add seasoning and mix well. Then, add red bell pepper,pineapple and kiwi fruit into the wok. Stir well and serve.
