Black Pepper Chicken Middle Wings

The taste is with thai style with spicy and memorable.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Middle Wing 500g
  • Flour some
  • Oil 700ml
  • Oil 700ml
  • MARINADE
  • Shallot(chopped) 5g
  • Green Pepper (minced) 1 pc
  • Black Pepper(minced) 5g
  • Fish Gravy 5g
  • Sugar 5g
  • Water 100ml
  • Lemon Grass 50g
  • Garlic(minced) 10g

Method

Step 1

Rinse the chicken wings and absorb the water. Put into a big bowl.

Step 2

Chop the lemongrass, garlic and shallot. Ground the black pepper. Put all the herbs into the blender and blend with water. Sieve and mix with fish gravy, sugar and chopped pepper. Pour the sauce into the chicken wings and marinate for overnight.

Step 3

Heat the oil at high heat, the chicken wings with flour. Deep-fry with high heat and turn to low heat. Deep-fry it until golden brown and done. Place on dish. Sprinkle with some ground black pepper. Serve.
