Black Pepper Sauce

Recipe by the Black Pepper Sauce, It enhance the taste and characteristics.

Tips: Adding flour slowly, it avoid caking.
Deep fried garlic is garlic which chopped and deep fried.
Cornstarch water is cornstarch and water mix.
If it want thickness, add more cornstarch.
Flour can replace cornstarch.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • Oil or Butter some
  • Garlic(chopped) some
  • Deep Fried Garlic some
  • Water 400ml
  • Black pepper Powder 1 ts
  • Salt 2~3 ts
  • Dark soy sauce some
  • Cornstarch 2 ts

Method

Step 1

Add oil and high heat, put in black pepper and garlic(chopped)

Step 2

Add water and boiled, add salt, dark soy sauce and deep fried garlic.

Step 3

Turn off after boiled, add cornstarch water and stirring, Turn on power, Boiled then finish.
