Blanched Clams with Salt

Ingredients

  • Clam 640 g
  • SPring Onion(chopped) 1 stalks
  • Ginger(shredded) 1 Ts
  • Salt 1/2 ts
  • Oil 1Ts
  • Water 1~2 cups

Method

Step 1

The clams clean, rinse and remove sand.

Step 2

Bring oil to boil. To saute the ginger with salt.

Step 3

Pour in water until the reaching boiling point with high fire.

Step 4

Add clams into the water. Cook until the sell open and done. Sprinkle with spring onion. Serve.
