2. The chicken broth change vegetable broth for vegetable dishes.
Ingredients
- Carrot(remove skin, chopped) 5 pc
- Onion(remove skin, chopped) 1 pc
- Chicken Broth 400ml
- Cream(whipped) 50ml
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Remove the skin from the carrot and onion. Cut into pieces. Set aside.
Step 2
Saute the onion with butter in low heat until transparent. Add in the carrot and cook until soft. Pour in the broth.
Step 3
Blend the mixture. Mix with cream. Serve.
