Recipe by the sauce, It enhance the taste and characteristics.

Tips: Adding flour slowly, it avoid caking.
If it has caking, the sauce filter by strainer mesh.
It can adjust the amount of salt for your favorite saline taste.
It can add water of flour or cornstarch to make sauce thick.

Ingredients

  • Cheese 2~3 slices
  • Creamy milk 200ml
  • Milk 200ml
  • Water 100ml
  • Flour 2~3 ts
  • Salt 1~2 ts
  • Butter 2~3 ts

Method

Step 1

Butter cook to liquid, and then turn off. Add flour and mix until the paste shape, no caking is better.

Step 2

Add water,creamy milk, cheese and milk, stir until the evenly. It boiled by middle heat, and stir continue. Finally, add salt seasoning.
