Chicken Cream Soup

The soup use other method.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillet 120 g
  • Chicken Both 250 ml
  • Fresh Cream 3/8 cup
  • Ginger(sliced) 1 slice
  • Butter 1/2 tbsp
  • Flour(sieved) 1/2 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Sesame Oil some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Ginger Juice 1/4 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Rinse and cut chicken fillet into dices. Put in marinade and blanch with a ginger slice until just done, drain.

Step 2

Heat to melt butter, stir-fry flour and stir in chicken broth gradually and bring it to boil. Add in fresh cream and them the chicken pieced. Bring it to a boil again. Put in seasonings and dish up. Serve hot.
