Tips: The 700g pork can replace 1/2 pc chicken.
Ingredients
- Apple 3 pcs
- Chicken 1/2 pc
- Water 2.5 lit
- Carrot 1 pc
- Dried Fig 3 pcs
- Chinese Plum 2 pcs
- Walnut 5~6 pcs
- Dried Scallop 1 pc
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Rinse the chicken and remove the fat and skin. Set aside.
Step 2
Peel the skin from the carrot. Rinse and chop into pieces. Soak the dried scallop. Rinse the apple and remove the stem. Chop into pieces.
Step 3
Boil the water. Add in all ingredients and boil until reaching point. Then, turn to low heat and boil for another 2 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve.
