Chicken Soup with Apple, Fig and Walnut

The soup is fresh and fragrance. After drink, it feel comfortable.

Tips: The 700g pork can replace 1/2 pc chicken.

Ingredients

  • Apple 3 pcs
  • Chicken 1/2 pc
  • Water 2.5 lit
  • Carrot 1 pc
  • Dried Fig 3 pcs
  • Chinese Plum 2 pcs
  • Walnut 5~6 pcs
  • Dried Scallop 1 pc
  • Salt some

Method

Step 1

Rinse the chicken and remove the fat and skin. Set aside.

Step 2

Peel the skin from the carrot. Rinse and chop into pieces. Soak the dried scallop. Rinse the apple and remove the stem. Chop into pieces.

Step 3

Boil the water. Add in all ingredients and boil until reaching point. Then, turn to low heat and boil for another 2 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve.
