Chocolate Crepes

The cake is soft with chocolate taste.
Tips : If the chocolate mixture have caking, It can repeat sieve.
Ingredients
- Plain Flour 75 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Egg(whisked) 2 pc
- Milk 155 ml
- Milk Chocolate(melted) 40 g
- Butter(melted) 1/2 tbsp
- Raspberries some
- Chocolate Sauce some
- Cream some
Method
Step 1
Sieve he flour and put in big bowl. Add in sugar and mix well. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk the egg with milk. Then, add in flour to make the mixture. Add in chocolate sauce to make the chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Brush on some butter on the pan and turn to medium heat. Pour in the chocolate mixture and pan-fry. Turn to other side and pan-fry until done. Place on dish. To serve with cream and raspberries.

The next time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I do know it was my option to learn, but I truly thought youd have something fascinating to say.
