Coffee Cheese Cake

Cream cheese and coffee’s match is very exciting.

Tips : 1. Cream cheese blend is easy in room temperature.
2. The amount of coffee can be based on personal preferences.

Ingredients

  • FILLING
  • Cream Cheese 250 g
  • Caster Sugar 100 g
  • Cornflour 10 g
  • Milk 60 ml
  • Instant Coffee Powder 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Unsalted Butter(melted) 30 g
  • BASE
  • Digestive Biscuits 70 g
  • Unsalted Butter(melted) 35 g

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170 C for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Crush digestive biscuits and mix with butter. Press into 6" cake ring.

Step 3

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Step 4

Heat milk with low heat. Stir in coffee powder. Cool and mix in cornflour. Add egg gradually. Stir well with butter.

Step 5

Pour into baking tin. Bake for about 35~40 minutes. Switch off the oven with the
