Ingredients

• Chicken 1 unit (1.5Kg)
• Chicken Both 2 Litre
• Coarse Salt 2Ts

Method

Step 1

Chicken washed and wiped dry.

Step 2

Coarse salt coated inside and outside the chicken for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Boil the chicken both, Chicken put in it and cover by lid. Bring to another boil. Then turn off power about 30 minutes to cooked. To cut piece for serve.
