Ingredients
- Cranberry dry 60g
- Flour 110 g
- Unsalted Butter 110 g
- Brown Sugar 100 g
- Egg 1 unit
- Chocolate tablets 40 g
- Almond broken 2 Ts
- Baking pan 15cm X 15cm
Method
Step 1
Heating butter to liquid and cooled. Add egg and stirring. Add brown sugar slowly to stir until to milky.
Step 2
Add flour 3 times with stirring. Add cranberry dry and chocolate tablets. Put the flour into the baking pan.
Step 3
Preheated oven to 180 C for 10 minutes. Then it put into the oven about 20~25 minutes.
