Creamy Mashed Potatoes

The bake potatoes can side dish.
Ingredients
- Potato(middle size) 3 pcs
- Parmesan Cheese(grated) some
- SEASONINGS
- Whipping Cream 80g
- Butter 50g
- White Pepper Powder some
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Step 2
Blanch potato in water(uncovered) for 25~30 minutes until tender, remove and peel the skin.
Step 3
Cut potato into pieces then mash, add seasonings, taste and mix well. Spoon into baking dish, sprinkle over some grated parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Baked the mashed potatoes for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
