Crispy Bean Curds

The dish is crispy and cuddly.
Ingredients
- Hard bean curd(cut 2 cm cubes) 3 pcs
- Saltly Water 1.5 lit
- Red chili(chopped) some
- Oil 1.5 lit
- SAUCE
- Fish Sauce 3 tbsps
- White Vinegar 3 tbsps
- Sugar 3 tbsps
- Boiled Water 3 tbsps
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
- Red Chili 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Cut bean curds into 2 cm cubes, soak in saltly water for 10 minutes, remove and drain.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok with high heat. Put the bean curds into the wok and deep-fry until golden and crispy, remove and drain off excess oil. Transfer to a serving plate.
Step 3
Mix dipping sauce ingredients together, transfer to a sauce dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle chopped red chili over fried bean curds and serve with dipping sauce.
