Crostini with Sardines Cream

Toast is crispy. The sardine pasta is delicious.

Tips : 1. The sardine can can oil or salt water.

Ingredients

  • Country Bread 4 slices
  • Sardine 1 can
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Capers in Vinegar 2 pcs
  • Sprig of dill 1 pc
  • Tomato(diced) 1 pc
  • Lemon Wedges some

Method

Step 1

Toast country bread until brown. Set aside.

Step 2

Drain sardine and caper. Set aside.

Step 3

Process sardine, mayonnaise, capers and dill into a paste.

Step 4

Spread the paste on toast. Sprinkle with dill and tomatoes. Place a lemon wedges on place. Serve.
