Ingredients
- Beef Brisket 600g
- Onion(diced) 120g
- Carrot(shredded) 120g
- Tumip(diced) 120g
- Tomato(diced) 120g
- Garlic(chopped) 2 tbsps
- Ginger(chopped) 2 tbsps
- Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
- Curry Paste 2 tbsps
- White Papper Powder some
- Salt some
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Water some
Method
Step 1
Rinse beef brisket thoroughly and cut into chunks, Scald and drain for later use.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok. Saute onion, garlic, ginger,curry paste. Then, put in and saute tomato. Beef brisket, Then, add in water and braise for 2 hours. Then, put in mix vegetables stew for 10 minutes and thicken with some cornflour water and Coconut milk. Boiling. Dish up and serve hot.
