Curry Fish Ball

It is snack of China Hong Kong style. The fish ball is elasticity and curry fully.

Tips : 1. The curry must saute with low heat. It is over cook if high heat.
2. If it want to hot, you can add bird chili.
3. After cook fish ball, it store in refrigerator over night to make increase taste.

Ingredients

  • Deep Fried Fish Ball 24 pcs
  • Onion(diced) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Curry Powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Clear Broth 200 ml
  • Coconut Juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • Sugar some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Poach the fish balls. Rinse and drain.

Step 2

Fry the onion and garlic paste with oil in low heat

Step 3

Pour in clear broth and turn to high heat. Then, add in salt, sugar and white pepper powder and curry paste. Add in fish balls and turn to low heat and cook until fish ball done.

Step 4

Then, stir in coconut juice. Cover and turn off the heat. Soak the fish balls for hours and ready to serve.
