Recipe by the sauce, It enhance the taste and characteristics.
Tips: Adding flour slowly, it avoid caking.
Ingredients
- Curry 3~4 ts
- Dried red chilli 2 pieces
- Coconut milk 100ml
- Butter 2~3 ts
- Flour 2~3 ts
- Water 400ml
- Salt 2~3 ts
- Turmeric 1~2 ts
Method
Step 1
Butter cook to liquid, Add flour and mix until the paste shape, no caking is better.
Step 2
Add water, stir until the evenly. It boiled by high heat, Add curry, salt and turmeric and stir continue.
Step 3
Finally, add coconut milk and dried red chilli, Boil to make sauce thick to finish.
