Ingredients
- Kernel Corn 1 cup
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Lettuce(shredded) 200 g
- SEASONINGS
- Salt 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse and drain corn.
Step 2
Rinse, shred and dish up lettuce.
Step 3
Blend flour with seasonings. Put in the corn and coat them with the mixture thoroughly.
Step 4
Sieve excessive flour and deep-fry corn until golden. Drain the oil and dish up. Serve.
