Deep-Fried Corn

Tips : 1. After corn and flour mix, it sieve to avoid paste.
2. The season can personal preferences.

Ingredients

  • Kernel Corn 1 cup
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Lettuce(shredded) 200 g
  • SEASONINGS
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse and drain corn.

Step 2

Rinse, shred and dish up lettuce.

Step 3

Blend flour with seasonings. Put in the corn and coat them with the mixture thoroughly.

Step 4

Sieve excessive flour and deep-fry corn until golden. Drain the oil and dish up. Serve.
