Deep Fried Honeydew Melon

Ingredients

  • Honeydew Melon 1/2 pc
  • Egg White(beaten) 4 pcs
  • Flour 1 tsp
  • Corn Starch 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Remove skin and seed, cut honeydew melon into small cubes.

Step 2

Sieve flour and cornstarch. Add it gradually into the beaten egg white. Mix well.

Step 3

Coat honeydew melon with the egg white mixture. Deep fry over mild heat until slightly golden. Dish up. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.

    You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
