Deep Fried Prawns

Ingredients

  • Prawns(shell,wash, pat dry) 12 pc
  • Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Egg White 3 pc
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Wine some
  • Cornstarch 3 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil cover the prawn

Method

Step 1

Rinse and shell prawns. Cut a slit at its back from head to tall, Mix salt,white pepper powder and wine.. Leave for a while

Step 2

Beat egg white and put in cornstarch, flour. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat oil until almost boiling, coat the prawns with flour and then the batter. Deep-fry over medium heat until golden. Drain and dish up. Serve with ketchup.
