Deep Fried Shrimps with Pepper and Salt

This is china hong kong style and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp(medium size) 12 pcs
  • Bird Eye Chilies 1~2 pc
  • Garlic(finely chopped) 1 tsp
  • Garlic(deep fried, finely chopped) 2 tbsps
  • Fermented Black Beans 1 tsp
  • Red Pepper Mix 1/4 tsps
  • Pepper Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 7 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Wash fermented black beans and grate them. Finely dice bird eye chilies.

Step 2

Trim shrimps and devein. Wash and wipe dry. Heat 6 tbsps oil with high heat. Fry and deep fry shrimps until done. Remove and drain.

Step 3

Heat wok and pour in 1 tsp of oil. Stir fry garlic, fermented black beans and bird eye chilies until fragrant. Return shrimps to wok. Add seasoning with red pepper mix, pepper salt seasoning, white pepper powder and deep fried garlic. Stir fry. Serve.
