2. Five Spices Powder is not much, because it will over cook.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Squid tentacles 600g
  • Egg(beat) 1 pc
  • Self- raising flour 180g
  • Five Spices Powder 1 tsp
  • Chili Salt some
  • Salt some
  • MARINADE
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 1 lit

Method

Step 1

Defrost the squid. Remove the skin and rinse. Cut every 3 pcs of tentacles as one piece. Then, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Blanch the squid into water. Drain and absorb the water. Add in five spices powder and salt to marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heating oil in the wok with high heat. Then, the squid into the egg. then , powder with self- raising flour. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain and place on dish to serve.
