Ingredients
- Frozen Squid tentacles 600g
- Egg(beat) 1 pc
- Self- raising flour 180g
- Five Spices Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Salt some
- Salt some
- MARINADE
- Salt 2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 1 lit
Method
Step 1
Defrost the squid. Remove the skin and rinse. Cut every 3 pcs of tentacles as one piece. Then, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Blanch the squid into water. Drain and absorb the water. Add in five spices powder and salt to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heating oil in the wok with high heat. Then, the squid into the egg. then , powder with self- raising flour. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain and place on dish to serve.
