Egg White Omelette

The dish can be breakfast. Egg is smooth, cabbage is sweet, ham is salty.

Tips : 1. The value of salt can be personal preferences.
          2. The cabbage need dry by towel or kitchen paper.

Ingredients

  • Egg White(whisked) 4 pcs
  • Cabbage(shredded) 15 g
  • Ham(shredded) 15 g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Soak the shredded cabbage into boiling water until soft. Drain and absorb the water.

Step 2

Whisk the egg white with some salt and pepper.

Step 3

Heat oil in the wok with medium heat. Pour in the egg white. Then , add cabbage and ham. Fry the egg white until done. Roll it as omelette and place on dish.
