Ingredients

  • Farfalle 8 oz
  • Italian dressing 1/2 cup
  • Tiger Prawns(sell off) 450g
  • Green bell pepper(chopped) 1pc
  • Carrot(thickly shredded) 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) 2 tbsp
  • Lemon skin(puree) 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cooking farfalle until half done. Drain off water and set aside.

Step 2

Heating Italian dressing with middle heat, add prawns, red pepper, carrot and garlic. Cooking until the prawns are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Step 3

Add farfalle and toss with prawn mixture.

Step 4

Sprinkle with cheese and lemon skin. Ready to serve.
