Fresh Fruit and Prawn Salad

The salad is simply and fresh. 

Ingredients

  • Prawns(shell,wash, pat dry) 8 pc
  • Apple(seeded, chopped) 3 pcs
  • Mango(peeled,seeded,chopped) 2 pcs
  • Cucumber(peeled, chopped) 1 pc
  • Melon(peeled, seeded,chopped) 1/2 pc
  • Miracle Whip 3 tbsps
  • Condensed Milk 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsps

Method

Step 1

Rinse the prawns and cut the barbells and legs. Remove the intestines with a toothpick. Cook the prawns in boiling water until they turn res. Then cool them in chilling water. Shell the prawns and put them in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Remove the skins and cores of mangoes, melon and apples. Dice and leave them in the refrigerator..

Step 3

Rinse the peel the cucumber. Slice and place them on the serving plate. Stir the salad dressing with miracle whip, condensed milk and lemon juice.

Step 4

Add in diced fruits and mix with the salad dressing. Place it on cucumber strips, and lastly place the prawns on top.
