Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter(room temp) 70 g
- Icing Sugar 45 g
- Egg(whisked) 20 g
- Plain Flour 80 g
- Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Mascarpone Cheese 100 g
- Maple Syrup 2 tbsp
- Fresh Fruit some
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, Baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugar until pale. Stir in the egg gradually
Step 3
Fold in the flour. Put into fridge for a while.
Step 4
Roll the dough to the the thickness of 3mm. Cut out to 5 cm round or other shapes as you like. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Leave cool.
Step 5
Beat the cheese and maple syrup until smooth. Pipe onto the tart. Sprinkle with your selected fresh fruits. Serve.
