Fried egg with Onion

The dish is simply and good taste.
Tips : Don’ use high heat when it saute onion.
Ingredients
- Egg (whisked) 4 pcs
- Onion(thickly shredded) 1 pc
- Salt 1.5 tsps
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Onion peeled and shredded. Egg beaten with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Saute the onion with 1 tsp salt until golden brown. Add the egg mixture, stir it until done. Serve.
