If it add cheese,the taste is salty fragrance

Ingredients

  • Egg 1
  • Salt some
  • Boiled water 1 ts
  • Oil or Butter 1 Ts

Method

Step 1

Mix egg, water and salt and stirring.

Step 2

Heating wok and add oil.

Step 3

When the smoke, turn off fire.

Step 4

Egg pulp put in the middle of wok and push it immediately.

Step 5

The egg fried to 80% ~90% mature and then finish
