Ingredients
- Rice(cooked,cooled) 2 cup
- Shrimp 50 g
- Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
- Tomato(chopped) 1 pc
- Green pea 2 tbsp
- Sweet Corn 2 tbsp
- Ham(diced) 50g
- Egg(beated) 1 pc
- Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse the shrimp and marinate with salt and white pepper powder. Poach the green pea. Drain.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok. saute the onion, tomato, sweet corn, ham and green pea, set aside.
Step 3
Fry the rice with the egg. Then add in tomato paste and other fried ingredient. Ready to serve.
