Fried Rice Noodle with Seafood Thai Style

This is thai style fully and satisfy.
Tips : 1. Chicken powder can change salt.
2. It can use dry rice noodle.
3. The amount of curry paste is personal preferences.
Ingredients
- Fresh Shrimp 100g
- Fresh squid 50g
- Mussel 50g
- Clam 30g
- Crab Meat 30g
- Rice Noodles 500g
- Green Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Red Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Onion(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) 1 tsp
- Thai Style curry paste 1 tbsp
- Fish Gravy 1 tsp
- Chicken powder or Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Sesame Oil some
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Wash all seafood and poach in hot water. Drain and remove. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok, saute the onion, ginger and garlic, add green ballpepper, red ballpepper and curry paste. Then, add the seafood and saute for a while. Then, add in rice noodles, fish gravy chicken powder, sugar white pepper powder and sesame oil. Fry it in high heat for a while. Ready to serve.
