Fried Rice with Mixed Mushrooms and Scallops

This is fast and simply.

 

Ingredients

  • Scallops(shelled,fresh,chopped) 6 pcs
  • Ham(chopped) 1/2 pc
  • Button Mushrooms(chopped) 6 pcs
  • Black Mushrooms(fresh,chopped) 4 pcs
  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
  • Carrots(finely chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • SEASONINGS
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Sesame Oil some
  • Water 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Cut all ingredients into bite size and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil the wok with high heat, Saute the scallop, ham, carrots, button mushroom, black mushroom. Then, mix the rice and seasoning ingredient and stir well. Serve.
