This is fast and simply.
Ingredients
- Scallops(shelled,fresh,chopped) 6 pcs
- Ham(chopped) 1/2 pc
- Button Mushrooms(chopped) 6 pcs
- Black Mushrooms(fresh,chopped) 4 pcs
- Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
- Carrots(finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsps
- SEASONINGS
- Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Sesame Oil some
- Water 3 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Cut all ingredients into bite size and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil the wok with high heat, Saute the scallop, ham, carrots, button mushroom, black mushroom. Then, mix the rice and seasoning ingredient and stir well. Serve.
