Fried Rice with Pineapple and Corn

This is a simple version of fried rice with pineapple.

Tips : The some cornflour add beaten egg, the egg skin is not easy to break.

Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked) 1 bowl
  • Pineapple(chopped) 1 small can
  • Ham(shredded) some
  • Kernel Corn some
  • Egg(beaten) 2 pc
  • Sausage some
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Cornstarch some

Method

Step 1

Cut pineapple, ham and sausages into small pieces. Blend 1 beaten egg with some cornflour. Stir-fry the egg mixture until done and cut it into shreds.

Step 2

Heat oil in the wok. pour in the other beaten egg. Add in rice before the egg set and stir-fry.

Step 3

Put in the all ingredient and seasonings. Stir- fry until dried. Dish up and serve.
