Ingredients
- Salmon fillet(chopped) 100g
- Green, Red and Yellow Peppers(diced) 1/8 cup
- Cooked Rice 400g
- Ginger(chopped) 1Ts
- Salt 1/2 ts
- Oil 3 Ts
- MARINADE
- Salt 1/4 ts
- Potato Starch 1 ts
- White Pepper Powder few
Method
Step 1
Salmon mix with marinada and set aside for a while. To loosen rice.
Step 2
Heat 1 Ts oil on the wok, saute salmon until half cooked, add peppers fry together and set aside.
Step 3
Heat 2 Ts oil on the wok, saute ginger, add rice and fry until fragrant, season with salt. Add salmon and peppers, toss well together, Serve.
