Fried Rice with Tomato and Ham

Tips : 1. It diced and cook tomato with some salt and sugar to make delicious.
2. If it add rice before the egg set,  it stained egg to make more egg incense.

Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked) 1 cup
  • Tomato(diced) 2 pc
  • Carrot(diced) some
  • Egg(beat) 1 pc
  • Mixed Beans some
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Cook half of tomato with some salt and sugar for 2 minutes with middle heat. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil with middle heat, pour in egg, and then add rice before the egg set.

Step 3

Add the remaining tomato, carrot, ham and fry for 1 minute.

Step 4

Pour in tomato sauce, salt 1 tsp and light soy sauce. Then ,to fey until dried. Dish up and serve.
