Ingredients
- Grouper 600g
- Instant Aloe 200g
- Orange 2 pcs
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- oil 2 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Remove skin from grouper, cut fish meat and slice in fillet. Add in salt and pepper and marinade for 10 minutes. Peel orange and slice in pieces. Pour out sweetened water from instant aloe, seve 1/2 bowl for later use.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok, fry grouper fillet until cooked, add in sweetened water and let it boil. Lastly add in orange and aloe, stir well. Serve.
