Ingredients
- Green Asparagus 250g
- Dried Bonito some
- Salt some
- SAUCE
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsps
- Oiliver Oil 3 tbsps
- Sugar some
Method
Step 1
Wash the asparagus. Remove the rough part and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Bring the water to boil, add in salt and asparagus. Put the asparagus into cold water. Drain and put on the plate.
Step 3
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour onto the asparagus. Then sprinkle dried bonito on top. Ready to serve.
