Tips : 1. The ball of glutinous rice flour is dry easily, so it need cover with wrap or wet cloth.
2. The ball of glutinous rice flour is too dry, it can re-knead with warm water.

 

Ingredients

  • Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
  • Warm Water 6 oz
  • Red Bean Paste 3 oz
  • Dessicated Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Green Tea Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Add warm water into glutinous rice flour and blend well. Put in green tea powder and sugar knead it into a soft dough. Divide into 10 equal portions.

Step 2

Knead red bean paste into 10 ball as filling.

Step 3

Stuff a red bean paste ball into a portion of dough and knead into a ball. Boil until floating and done. Drain.

Step 4

Coat it with desiccated coconut while it is still hot serve. Serve with cool.
