Ingredients
- Beef(sliced) 8~10 pieces
- Onion(shred) 1 pc
- White Sesame(pan-fry) some
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger Juice 1/4 ts
- Sugar some
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Heating the wok with oil. to saute the onion in the high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Put the beef onto the plate. Set aside.
Step 2
Mirin, dark soy sauce and ginger juice and sugar mix well and cooking for thicken and pour it onto beef. Sprinkle with white sesame. Ready to Serve.
