Tips : 1. The white part of leek is crisp.
2. The roll is spread easily, so it used cornstarch to close.
Ingredients
- Leek 1 stalk
- Pork(sliced) 150g
- Salt some
- Sesame oil 1 ts
- Sugar some
- Cornstarch some
- Oil 1 Ts
Method
Step 1
Shred the leek and season with salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Place the pork flat. Put leek in the middle. Brush on some cornstarch on both ends and roll.
Step 3
Heating oil on the pan, Fry the pork rolls until both sides turn golden brown color and cooked. Sprinkle with some salt and sugar.
Step 4
Put the pork rolls on dish. Pour in some sesame oil. Ready to serve.
