Guava Sorbet with Lime

The sorbet is soft and cool.
Tips : The juice pour in the metal container to make firm faster.
Ingredients
- Guava(large,ripe) 1 pc
- Lime 2 pcs
- Sugar 2 tbsps
- Water(boiled) 1 cup
Method
Step 1
Grate the zest from the limes & squeeze out the juice, set aside.
Step 2
Cut the guava into small pieces, place them in a blender with the water, zest and lime juice, blend them over high speed for 20 seconds, sieve the mixture through the tea drain, keep this mixture in metal container and freeze until semi-frozen, scrape the mixture with a teaspoon to loosen the ice, refreeze until slightly firm before serving.
