Ham and Egg Filled Mushrooms

It is a multiplicity of dish.
Ingredients
- Mushroom(M. size) 10 pc
- Ham(chopped) 100 g
- Egg(whisked) 2 pc
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- Milk 50 ml
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 C.
Step 2
Mix egg and milk, stir well. Season with some salt.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp butter to saute ham for a while. Add in egg mixture and cook over low heat until done.
Step 4
Remove stems from mushrooms. Filled with egg and ham mixture, bake in 160 C oven for 5 minutes. Done to serve.
