Ingredients
- Hard bean curd(deied, sliced)
- Green Onion(diced) 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsps
- SEASONING
- Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Water 150ml
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in the pan, pan-fry hard bean curd until golden brown. Stir in sauce mix. Cook until sauce thicken. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve with sauce.
