Honey Walnut Muffin

It is tradition muffin.

Tips : If muffin cup are filled more than 80% full the muffins will have flat, “flying saucer” tops.

Ingredients

  • Flour 115g
  • Self Raising Flour 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 70g
  • Sugar 35g
  • Egg(beaten) 1 pc
  • Walnut 100g
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Paper Muffin Cup 6 pc

Method

Step 1

Soften butter at room temperature, Per heat oven at 170 C.

Step 2

Blend butter, sugar with egg whisker until mixture becomes creamy white.

Step 3

Add egg and blend well.

Step 4

Add in sieved flour and self-raising flour stir gently.

Step 5

Stir in gently walnut and honey.

Step 6

Fill cake mold with flour mix untill 80% full, bake at 170 C for 25 minutes.
