Tips : When to fry hot cake, it is not need oil. Because the flour mixture have butter.
Ingredients
- Soft Flour 200g
- Baking Sode 1g
- Baking Powder 17g
- Sugar 32g
- Egg 1 unit
- Milk 250 ml
- Butter 250g
Method
Step 1
Soft flour, baking soda, baking powder mix and sieve. Add sugar , mix well.
Step 2
Add egg and milk and stir to smooth, and then add butter.
Step 3
To fry 1 Ts flour mixture on a pan each time. Remove until both sides turn golden brown. Serve.
